ADP: negotiates sale of 80% of Hub Safe.

(CercleFinance.com) - Aéroports de Paris (ADP Group) has announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with the Samsic business services group with a view to the proposed sale of its 80% stake in Hub Safe, its subsidiary which is specialised in airport security.


The proposed divestiture includes the continuation of current contracts between ADP and Hub Safe, which will continue until their term. On this basis, it will study the conditions under which such a disposal would be possible.
