Arkema: raises FY EBITDA target.

(CercleFinance.com) - Arkema's performance in H1 has led it to increase its initial 2017 EBITDA target: its new target now exceeds 1.
3 billion euros, aiming for between 1,310 million euros and 1,350 million euros.

The chemicals group published Q2 net income, group share of 160 million euros, compared with 147 million euros a year earlier, with EBITDA that is up 16.7% at 398 million euros, meaning a 0.6-point rise in its margin to 18.1%.

Q2 revenues reached 2,198 million euros, up 12.6% (+8.9% like-for-like). Volumes are up 1.8%, while the price effect reached 7.1%.
