Arkema: disposal of Oxochimie finalised.

(CercleFinance.com) - Arkema has finalised the sale of its 50% stale in Oxochimie to Ineos.
Oxochimie is the company which produces oxo alcohol.

Produced on the Lavéra site, these alcohols are partly used for the group's production of acrylic esters in Europe. The corresponding annual turnover amounts to approximately 40 million euros.

"The impact of this disposal on the group's annual turnover represents approximately 40 million euros. With this sale, Arkema is continuing to implement its program of disposals" the group said.
