Legrand: aims to strengthen decarbonisation trajectory

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening French industrial group Legrand announced its intention to accelerate its decarbonisation trajectory, validated in 2017 by the Science-Based Targets initiative.


"The Group is now aligning its strategy with the most ambitious target of the Paris Agreement, which aims to limit the global temperature increase to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels and to achieve carbon neutrality," it said.

Legrand thus aims to eliminate its net greenhouse gas emissions from all its businesses by 2050.
