Legrand: E600m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Legrand has announced that it has made a fixed-rate bond issue of 600 million euros, maturing in 10 years' time, paying an annual coupon of 0.
75%. Oversubscribed to 3.2 times, this once again reflected investors' confidence in the group.

The electrical supplier adds that this issue brings its bond debt's average maturity to 6.7 years, with the next repayment maturity (for 400 million euros) scheduled on 19 April 2022.
