EDF: IPO of Pod Point?
(CercleFinance.com) - According to Sky News, the group has asked Barclays to examine the planned IPO of the British company Pod Point.
Pod Point is a company that operates in the electric vehicle recharging sector that owns 4,000 recharging stations. EDF acquired a majority stake less than a year ago. The group would retain a significant stake in Pod Point after its IPO, in line with its aim to become the leader in electric mobility in the UK, France, Belgium and Italy, Invest Securities says.
