EDF: raises USD2bn with 50-year maturity

(CercleFinance.com) - EDF announces that it has successfully raised two billion dollars with a 50-year maturity and a fixed coupon of 4.
50% as part of its EMTN program, " issued under a pure Reg-S format with no distribution to US investors".

Demonstrating the group's ability to attract a very diversified investor base at the long end of the credit curve, this issue extends the average maturity of its gross debt by just over a year to 15.2 years (pro forma as of 30 June 2019).
