EDF: acquires energy2market
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday EDF Group announced the acquisition, via its subsidiary EDF Pulse Croissance, of the German company energy2market (e2m).
E2m has 2,000 clients, which are mainly in Germany. It manages and operates 4,500 connected and decentralised energy production and flexibilities sites (wind farms, solar farm, biomass), representing an installed power of 3 GW.
