EDF: hot testing in Flamanville to start in February

(CercleFinance.com) - In an update on the EPR of Flamanville, EDF announces that it is actively pursuing the action plan on welds of the main secondary system announced on 25 July.


The beginning of so-called "hot tests" is now scheduled for the second half of February.

The EDF teams and its industrial partners remain fully mobilised to complete the loading of the fuel in the fourth quarter of 2019, with EDF aiming maintaining its construction cost target at the commissioning date of 10.9 billion euros.
