EDF: signs agreement for disposal of EDF Polska.

(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday EDF signed an agreement to sell all of EDF Polska's assets to the Polish public electricity company PGE.


This Group will buy all of the EDF Polska's businesses (cogeneration and electricity generation).

The sale amounts to 1.4 billion euros. This operation comes as part of the transfer of assets of at least 10 billion euros over the period 2015-2020.
