Alstom: sells several businesses to CAF

(CercleFinance.com) - Alstom has announced that it will sell to CAF its Coradia Polyvalent platform, its Reichshoffen production site in France and its TALENT platform, currently being developed in Hennigsdorf, Germany.


The divestment of the activities concerned was a pre-requisite for the approval of the Alstom/Bombardier transaction by the European Commission, the group said.

The transaction is expected to close between April and September 2022.
