Alstom: UBS remains on 'buy', lowers target

(CercleFinance.com) - UBS reiterates its 'buy' recommendation for Alstom albeit lowering the target price from 52 to 47 euros, a new target implying upside potential of 48% for the French transport equipment company's share.


The broker states that an in-depth analysis of Bombardier's problematic projects leads it to believe that there are provisions in place for most of the risks, adding that the integration of the Canadian group did not go as badly as it had feared.
