Alstom: Invest Securities raises target price again

(CercleFinance.com) - While maintaining its "neutral" rating on the Alstom stock, Invest Securities has raised its corresponding target price from 40.
7 euros to 41.7 euros.

The analyst says that the first half of 2018-19 has showed a less robust level of business in Q2 after an exceptional Q1, although he points out sales that are in line with estimates, with EBITA exceeding them, with a margin of over 7%, which already exceeds the 2018-19 guidance.

The broker has therefore raised its EBITA margin from 6.7% to 7%, with its EPS growth estimate of +3.8%. With group management confirming the closing date of the Siemens-Alstom merger in the first half of 2019, Invest Securities is sticking with its assumption that the deal will be closed at the end of March.
