Alstom: Oddo raises its target price.
(CercleFinance.com) - Following its meeting with management, on Tuesday Oddo raised its target price on Alstom from 30 euros to 32.
3 euros, while maintaining its "buy" rating on the stock.
"Multi-local” deployment in the world is in line with the plan, and management has focused on its product offer and product innovation, the broker said. In addition, Oddo mentions that financial targets have been renewed through to 2020, including organic growth of 5% and an adjusted EBIT margin of around 7%.
Alstom currently seems to be looking only at assets such as the “technology brick”, as illustrated by Nomad recently, Oddo continues, for whom the CEO could however over the medium term consider a potential concentration of the European market, against the Chinese CRRC in particular.
