Engie: sells its 60.5% stake in Engie EPS

(CercleFinance.com) - Engie has signed an agreement to sell its 60.
5% stake in Engie EPS to the Taiwanese company TCC.

TCC operates in battery manufacturing, cement production, power generation, environmental services, chemicals, logistics and infrastructure.

The transaction was completed at a price of 17.10 euros per share, which represents a total price of 132 million euros and an enterprise value of over 240 million euros.
