Engie: resolutions adopted at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Engie announces that its combined general meeting, held behind closed doors yesterday, 14 May, has approved all the resolutions submitted, including the renewal of the mandates of Fabrice Bregier and Lord Peter Ricketts of Shortlands, as independent directors for a period of four years.


The shareholders have adopted Engie's (corporate) purpose, i.e. "to act to accelerate the transition towards a carbon-neutral economy, through reduced energy consumption and more environmentally-friendly solutions," and its inclusion in the company's articles.
