Engie: Oddo BHF still a buyer

(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday morning Oddo BHF has confirmed its buy rating on the Engie share, after announcements relating to gas transport and storage tariffs.

The broker maintains its target price at 16 euros (about 9% upside).

Indeed, these prices will fall, although analysts say in their comments that the fall is somewhat less penalising than expected, in particular as it was expected.

Analysts estimate that the remuneration proposed on gas transport assets should result in a drop of only 90 million euros on gas transport assets and around 60 million euros on Storengy (Oddo BHF estimate), meaning an overall impact that is limited to 150 million euros.
