Engie: recurring half-yearly net income up 11%

(CercleFinance.com) - Engie unveils group share of recurring net income for continuing operations of 1.
5 billion euros for the first six months of 2018, up 11.4%, and EBITDA of 5.1 billion euros, up 1.3%.

Turnover remains stable at 30.2 billion euros and progresses 0.8% organically, largely thanks to the huge increase in the production of electricity of renewable origin and the introduction of gas storage regulation in France.

The energy group confirms its financial objectives for the entire year 2018, of which a group share of recurring net results between 2.45 and 2.65 billion euros, an objective that relies on an indicative EBITDA range of between 9.3 and 9.7 billion.
