Nexity: new agreement with CDC Habitat

(CercleFinance.com) - Nexity has announced signing a MoU with CDC Habitat, a global public interest housing operator, to develop the inclusive, sustainable and innovative housing of the future to serve the regions.


Since the first partnership agreement was signed in 2014 - before being renewed in 2018 - this highly productive partnership has enabled Nexity to build nearly 22,000 homes, sold to CDC Habitat under the VEFA (pre-construction financing) scheme.

Through the signature of this protocol,CDC Habitat and Nexity are committed to the provisional acquisition of nearly 10,000 additional housing units by 2024, including 4,000 social housing units, including BRS (bail réel solidaire) and PSLA (prêt social location-accession), 3,450 intermediate housing units and 2,550 affordable housing units.
