Nexity: disposal of Guy Hoquet Immobilier

(CercleFinance.com) - Nexity announces that it has sold its stake in the Guy Hoquet Immobilier franchise network, in which it was a majority shareholder since 2006.
This stake has been sold to company Arche, the holding company of Citya.

The financial terms of the transaction were not specified.
