Nexity: partnership with Morning Coworking

(CercleFinance.com) - Nexity announces a deal with Morning Coworking (BAP group) to strengthen and develop the groups' place on the coworking market.


Profitable since its creation, Morning Coworking aims to accelerate its growth in Île-de-France.

The partnership deal with the leading real estate services platform Nexity, will enable Morning Coworking to expand its deployment to maintain a leading position in a fast-growing but highly competitive market, Nexity said.

In 2022, Morning Coworkinging aims to host over 25,000 coworkers on 200,000 m2. Nexity has taken a 54% stake in its capital, alongside the original shareholders and its founder, Clément Alteresco.
