Nexity: sells office block before completion in Charente

(CercleFinance.com) - Nexity has said that it has sold (VEFA, sale before completion), to PPG Angoulême, the Factory office block located in the Bel Air Business Park in L'Isle d'Espagnac (Charente), which is fully leased by Solocal for a fixed period of six years.


The building is set to be delivered in July 2019. Work, which started last July, meet demanding environmental criteria. The building, certified "NF Commercial Buildings - HQE® Standard," is hence aiming to obtain the Excellent passport.
