Nexity: new targets through to 2021

(CercleFinance.com) - At its Investor Day, Nexity unveiled more details of its medium-term targets, including 10% average annual growth in sales and EBITDA over the 2017-2021.


The real estate group said that all of its businesses will see this growth - especially those of services - and it will come alongside a controlled increase in the group's indebtedness (target level of net financial debt of approximately 2.5x EBITDA).

Nexity adds that its investments over the period will amount to approximately 65 million euros each year and that its dividend will be at least equal to 2.50 euros per share for each year over 2018-2021.
