Nexity: issues ORNANE bonds maturing in March 2025

(CercleFinance.com) - This Tuesday morning Nexity announced the launch of ORNANE (bonds with redemption option cash and/or in new and/or existing shares) maturing on 2 March 2025, representing a par value of approximately 180 million euros.


The net proceeds of this transaction will be used to meet the company's general financing needs.

The par value per bond will mean an issue premium of between 30% and 37.5% compared to Nexity's share price on the regulated Euronext market in Paris.
