Gecina: NAV per share up 5.4% in 2018

(CercleFinance.com) - Gecina publishes an EPRA NAV that is up 5.
4% at 161.6 euros at end-December 2018, driven by its dynamic pipeline and favourable market trends in its preferred zones, as well as a recurrent net income that is up 9% per share at 5.93 euros.

Total gross rental income amounted to 661.7 million euros in 2018, up 18.4%, in particular thanks to the integration of Eurosic and the delivery of projects, and was 2.5% on a like-for-like basis, marking a notable outperformance beyond indexing.

Restated for the effect of disposals of non-core assets from the Eurosic scope, 2019 recurrent net income per share is expected to increase by around 2%, despite the significant volume of assets undergoing restructuring or which are set to be restructured in due course.
