Gecina: signs lease with ESMA

(CercleFinance.com) - Gecina announces the signing of a lease with ESMA, the European Financial Markets Authority, covering nearly 9,000 m² of the Ibox building, located in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, opposite Gare de Lyon.


This new lease, which will take effect in October 2019, supplements the leases already signed with AccorInvest, Dataiku, and Exponens Conseil & Accounting Expertise. Now all of Ibox's office areas is leased prior to the building's delivery.

This new transaction brings the leasing rate of the group's assets delivered in 2018 and 2019 to 80%. This is the icing on the cake for an historic year for Gecina, with nearly 220,000 m² leased or relet.
