Gecina: finalises disposal of property portfolio

(CercleFinance.com) - Gecina announces that it has finaliqed the sale of a portfolio of office buildings in the regions to a group of institutional investors, mainly controlled by the Batipart group, for around 525 million euros, deed in hand.


The listed real estate investment company (SIIC) explains that this portfolio of 33 buildings, includes assets located in Nantes, Rennes, Lille, Strasbourg, Toulouse and finally the region of Marseille-Aix en Provence.

With this sale and the transaction made last week in Lyon with Primonial, Gecina has finalised 775 million euros, excluding transfer duties outside the Paris region, hence strengthening the positioning of its office portfolio in this region.
