Bureau Veritas: Morgan Stanley upgrades to buy.

(CercleFinance.com) - In a sector report, Morgan Stanley has upgraded its rating on the Bureau Veritas share from neutral ("weight in line") to buy ("overweight").


Likewise, it has upped its target price for the share from 22.4 euros to 23.4 euros.

The main argument put forward by analysts is that the demand for certification and compliance services is currently changing, particularly with respect to downstream oil and gas, the Navy and Minerals, the broker said, with it cautious regarding the upstream oil and the price of oil.

This should lead to the earnings of sector stocks rising by more than the consensus expects.
