Bourbon: changes in top management.

(CercleFinance.com) - Bourbon has announced that its board of directors has decided to appoint Astrid de Bréon, formerly deputy CEO, as deputy CEO in charge of Finance and Administration.


This change accompanies the appointment of Christian Lefèvre as CEO of JACCAR Holdings as of 1 October, and his departure from the general management team of the maritime services group.

Bourbon's general management will now consist of the CEO Jacques de Chateauvieux, the deputy CEO Gaël Bodénès and Astrid de Bréon. Christian Lefèvre will remain a director.
