Euler Hermes: Allianz's stake exceeds 25%

(CercleFinance.com) - The company Allianz SE has declared that on 9 February 2018 it has individually exceeded the thresholds of 25% of the capital and voting rights of Euler Hermes Group and that it now holds 11,261,545 Euler Hermes Group shares, representing 26.
41% of the company's capital and voting rights.

This crossing of thresholds results from Allianz SE's acquisition of Euler Hermes Group shares on the market as part of it's the simplified tender offer that it has initiated on this company's shares.

On this occasion, the company Allianz SE did not, either directly or indirectly, exceed any threshold, and now, through the companies it controls, holds 38,125,775 Euler Hermes Group shares, representing as many voting rights, i.e. of this company's 89.41% capital and voting rights.
