Amundi: boosted by a broker's comments

(CercleFinance.com) - Amundi shares are up over 3% on Thursday, benefiting from Bank of America (BoA) comments, which reiterated its "buy" recommendation on the share, with a new target price of 89 euros, following the group's announcement of exclusive negotiations for an acquisition of Lyxor.


"Lyxor is a strong strategic fit adding scale in structurally growing ETF and diversification in alternatives & distribution", the broker syas, which expects an accretive effect of at least 4% to 5% on EPS resulting from the deal.
