Amundi: finalises partnership with Goldman Sachs

(CercleFinance.com) - Amundi has announced the full integration of the Luxembourg fund platforms of Goldman Sachs Fund Solutions & Origination, a business belonging to Goldman Sachs Global Markets Division ("GSFSO").


Amundi Luxembourg thus becomes the "Management Company" of three Luxembourg systematic and alternative investment funds with total assets under management on behalf of GSFSO of 2.6 billion euros.

In particular, Amundi is responsible for the management, control and supervision of investment vehicles governed by Luxembourg law that are based on GSFSO's systematic trading strategies.

Amundi also provides a management service as well as the analysis and monitoring of the external managers present on its UCITS platform of alternative funds.
