Amundi: acquires logistics platform in Germany

(CercleFinance.com) - Amundi Immobilier announces that, on behalf of the funds it manages, it has acquired a logistics platform of 130,435 m² in Lahr, in the German state of Baden-Württemberg, from Goodman Group.


Located less than 50 km from Strasbourg, the warehouse is fully leased to Zalando, the European leader in online ready-to-wear clothing, present in 17 countries, which has occupied it since its delivery in September 2016 under a long-term lease.
