Amundi: completes acquisition of Pioneer Investments.
(CercleFinance.com) - The Group has announced that it has obtained all the necessary regulatory approvals and has lifted all conditions precedent for it to complete the acquisition of Pioneer Investments.
The acquisition will be finalised on 3 July. The synergies that this integration will create will be in line with what was announced last December. These include 150 million euros in cost synergies and 30 million euros in full-year revenue synergies, after an integration that will occur over the next two years.
