iliad: squeeze out on Play shares

(CercleFinance.com) - iliad announces that following the successful initial public offering (IPA) on Polish telecoms operator Play, it will proceed on the 23rd of December with a squeeze out bid on all the Play shares that weren't tendered to the offer.


This squeeze out will be on a total of 8,494,848 shares, representing 3.3% of the capital. The amount paid will be equal to the public buyout offer of 39 zlotys per share. A request for Play's shares to be delisted is imminent.
