Iliad: completes capital increase

(CercleFinance.com) - Iliad announces a successful capital increase of 1.
4 billion euros, which has the sole aim of fully financing the repurchase offer of its own shares, the results of which were announced on 16 January.

The deal will result in the issue of 11,666,666 new shares, i.e. 19.7% of the group's existing capital at a subscription price of 120 euros per share. In all, shareholders have subscribed to 940,888 new shares, including 813,342 within the priority period.

As part of the offer, Holdco II benefited from a priority allocation equal to Xavier Niel's direct and indirect share in the capital applied to the total number of new shares, i.e. 64.90%, and has subscribed to a total of 10,725,778 shares.
