Iliad: launches capital increase

(CercleFinance.com) - Iliad announces the launch of a capital increase by way of a public offering and with a priority subscription period open to shareholders, which is intended to fully finance its recent OPRA (public share buyback offer), by the issue of 11,666,666 shares at a price of 120 euros per share (i.
e. a total of 1.4 billion euros).

Within the priority subscription period, running from Monday 20 January to 22 January at 5 p.m., shareholders registered on 17 January may subscribe, on an irreducible basis, up to their share in the capital.

At the end of the settlement-delivery of the capital increase scheduled for 29, Euronext will proceed to the settlement of the OPRA scheduled for 31 January and the company will then cancel the related securities according to the terms provided for under the OPRA.
