Iliad: could sell some of its mobile infrastructures

(CercleFinance.com) - Alongside the presentation of its annual results, Iliad, the parent company of alternative telecom operator Free, says that it is exploring the possibility of selling part of its mobile network infrastructure.


"With the aim of speeding up rollouts and maximizing value creation," Iliad mentioned at the end of its FY 2018 results publication, adding that "the Group has begun a process to review its mobile assets and is currently exploring the possibility of forming an industrial partnership with an investment fund for its passive mobile infrastructure, concerning approximately 5,700 mobile sites."
