Iliad: strategic alliance with Jaguar Network

(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday evening, Iliad group, the parent company of Free, announced the implementation of a strategic partnership with Jaguar Network, by taking a majority stake (75%, with the remainder delta in the hands of Kevin Polizzi, its founder) in the company's capital.


"Jaguar Network is a sovereign service provider that supplies high availability services to private businesses and the public sector and is one of France's leading developers of cutting-edge technologies for the Cloud, Telecommunications and Smart Cities markets. This acquisition marks a major step forward in Iliad's development strategy for addressing the corporate market, by forging an alliance with a well-known entrepreneur," Iliad said.

The acquisition of 75% of Jaguar Network's capital represents an investment of just under 100 million euros for Iliad.
