Kaufman & Broad: bond issue of 150 million euros.

(CercleFinance.com) - Kaufman & Broad has announces that it has made its first “Euro PP” bond issue for a total of 150 million euros.


This private placement is broken down into a tranche of 50 million, which will mature in 7 years' time (May 2024), and a 100 million euro tranche that will mature in 8 years' time (May 2025).

The group said that this loan will refinance 100 million euros of existing bank debt and will provide the group with new financial resources to back its growth.
