Orpea: Société Générale raises target price.

(CercleFinance.com) - Société Générale (SG) welcomed the annual accounts published by Orpea, the retirement home management company.


Maintaining its buy rating on the stock, SG analysts have also raised their 12-month target price from 93 euros to 100 euros.

SG analysts point out that “Orpea's robust growth will continue in 2017 as the group pursues its wellmanaged development through both M&A and reinforcing its real estate holdings. The growth outlook remains attractive, and in our view warrants a high valuation.”
