Orange: appoints new management team

(CercleFinance.com) - Stéphane Richard, Chairman and CEO of Orange, today unveiled a new team to form the Group Executive Committee.


This team of 15 members will have the task of overseeing Orange's transformation: its Executive Committee has been enriched by 7 new members.

Laurent Paillassot, Chief Executive Officer of Orange Spain (now the Group's second largest country in terms of revenues), has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Hugues Foulon has been appointed Executive Director in charge of Strategy for the Group and Cybersecurity activities

Nicolas Guerin is appointed Secretary General and Secretary of the Board of Directors. Valérie Le Boulanger is appointed Director of Human Resources. Alioune Ndiaye is appointed CEO of Orange Middle East and Africa. Helmut Reisinger is appointed CEO of Orange Business Services.

There are also changes in responsibilities amongst these newcomers.

Fabienne Dulac, Chief Executive Director of Orange France, has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Group. Mari-Noëlle Jégo-Laveissière has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Group and Chief Technology and Innovation Officer.

Nicolas Guerin has been appointed Secretary-General and Secretary of the Board of Directors. Ramon Fernandez, Delegate Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed Finance and Performance Executive Director. Gervais Pellissier, Delegate Chief Executive Officer, will take responsibility for supervising and coordination of the Group's transformation.

Fabienne Dulac, CEO of Orange France, is appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Mari-Noëlle Jégo-Laveissière is appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology and Innovation Officer.

Christine Albanel will continue with her responsibilities as Executive Director of CSR, diversity, partnerships and philanthropy, as well as being Deputy Chairman of the Orange Foundation.

Jérôme Barré has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Wholesale and International Networks.
