Orange: signs a contract with SES for the Central African.

(CercleFinance.com) - SES and Orange Central African Republic have sealed a deal to supply connectivity services in the Central African Republic, as has been revealed this Thursday.


Orange will be using SES Networks' IP Transit solution to deliver faster 3G services and better-quality internet connections for enterprises.

The IP Transit solution will use SES' fleet of Medium Earth Orbit satellites and extensive ground infrastructure, allowing Orange Central African Republic to supply access to internet services to its clients at a speed and availability unrivalled in this country to date.

Orange Central African Republic will thereby contribute to improving the performance of the telecommunications sector and bring the convenience of seamless connectivity to hundreds of thousands of Central Africans.
