Renault: Q3 sales down 8.2%

(CercleFinance.com) - Renault has reported Q3 2020 sales of 10,374 million euros, down 8.
2% as reported and down 3.2% LFL.

Global sales fell 6.1% to 806.320 vehicles over the period, albeit with an upturn in September, which was particularly marked in Europe, where sales increased by 8%, outperforming the market's 3% growth.

Renault adds that its order backlog, up 60% as of 30 September 2020, is currently high, while inventories have bottomed out after a 22% decrease relative to 30 September 2019.
