Renault: three partnerships in electric mobility

(CercleFinance.com) - Renault has announced signing three new agreements with energy players in Europe; EDF, Total and Enel, as part of its strategy to develop a smart electricity ecosystem for the deployment of electric mobility.


The cooperation agreement between Renault and EDF is focused on optimising self-consumption, developing smart islands and providing green power stations.

Renault, Total and the start-up Jedlix will also launch a smartphone app to facilitate the smart charging of electric cars in France. Finally, the group will collaborate with ENEL to boost smart charging and charging infrastructure in Italy.
