Renault: new commitments for CAP 2020

(CercleFinance.com) - The group and representatives of the CFDT, CFE-CGC, FO trade unions have signed an amendment to CAP 2020.


The group has increased its recruitment commitment for permanent contracts from 3600 to 5000 in France over the period 2017-2019. It has already recruited 2600 staff under permanent contracts (CDI) in France since January 2017.

Renault management also offers volunteers with more than five years' service with the Group the opportunity to be exempted from working three years before their scheduled retirement date for a full pension.

In France the group will also spend an additional 15 million euros on top of the 220 million euros that have already been spent to reinforce its training progams for employees in France. In 2017, 800,000 hours of training were provided as part of this agreement.
