Renault: renewal of Carlos Ghosn's mandate proposed

(CercleFinance.com) - Renault has announced that its Board of Directors has decided to propose the renewal of Carlos Ghosn's mandate as its chairman and CEO, which will be submitted to the group's general shareholder meeting on 15 June.


The board also renewed its full confidence in Carlos Ghosn as Renault and the Alliance's chairman and CEO. Carlos Ghosn has decided to appoint Thierry Bolloré as Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, effective as of 19 February.

In addition, the Board of Directors has decided to nominate Pierre Fleuriot and Thierry Derez as independent directors, replacing Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière and Thierry Desmarest.
