Renault: Blackrock stake rises above 5% of capital.

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds it manages, has informed the AMF that, on 8 November, it increased its stake in Renault's share capital to above the threshold of 5%, and now holds, on behalf of the said clients and funds, 5.
10% of the group's capital and 3.60% of its voting rights.

This crossing of this threshold results from purchases of Renault shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
