Eramet: dividend approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Eramet says that its combined general meeting for shareholders has approved all the proposed resolutions, including the payment of a dividend of 0.
60 euro per share for 2018, which will be detached on 29 May, with a payment as from 31 May.

At the end of the meeting, Eramet's Board of Directors is comprised of 19 members, including two directors representing employees. It has seven independent members and seven women, i.e. 41% of the board, excluding employee directors.
