Eramet: CEO due to change at next AGM.

(CercleFinance.com) - On the publication of its results, Eramet announced that Christel Bories has been appointed as COO by the board of directors and will be proposed to succeed Patrick Buffet as CEO after the group's AGM on 23 May.


As part of this new governance phase, Christel Bories will be in charge of continuing efforts to consolidate over the recovery period implemented and to ensure Eramet's growth over the coming years.
